Admission and Medical Reports:
- Admission to the center is subject to the final decision of the doctors and management.
- In cases of incorrect or incomplete submission of medical reports, admission may be declined at the center after the doctor consultation.
- If admission is declined due to incorrect or incomplete medical report submissions, no refund will be provided.
COVID-19 Reporting Requirement:
- All health seekers and their attendants must provide a negative RT-PCR COVID-19 report not older than 3 days/72 hours from any ICMR registered lab.
- Applicable as per the government notice or else not required.
Postponement Norms:
- If you wish to postpone your visit, you must inform us via email to the registration department at least 5 days before your scheduled arrival date. Telephonic requests will not be considered.
- Only one reservation change is allowed, subject to availability, and a 10% charge of the deposited amount is applicable.
- Failure to arrive on the revised scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the deposited amount.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- 30 days or more prior to date of arrival – no penalty charge. Full refund of advance deposit paid as guarantee is applicable in case of such cancellation.
• Between 15-30 days of date of arrival – 50% of the advance deposit will be charged as penalty and balance will be refunded.
• Within 15 days of date of arrival – 100% of the advance deposit will be charged as penalty
• In the event of early departure with respect to the initially contracted stay, 100% of the booked value will be applied, with no refund permitted.
• Any applicable refunds will be done after deduction of a 20% administrative charge on the amount to be refunded.
Child Policy:
- Children under 10 years are not allowed.
- Children above 10 years will be charged according to the Patanjali Wellness Center tariff for an extra person/bed. Additional beds/mattresses will be provided based on availability.
Check-in/Check-out Timings:
- Check-in is from 6:00 AM onwards, and you can arrive by 10:00 AM for a doctor consultation.
- Check-out time is 6:00 PM.
Special Instructions:
Please adhere to the specific instructions and guidelines provided by the center during your stay. These include:
- Payment Terms: 100% advance payment is required during check-in.
- All treatments are done under the supervision of Ayurveda and Naturopathy Doctors from Patanjali Yogpeeth Haridwar.
- No alcohol, no non-veg food, and no smoking are allowed on the premises.
- Outside food and belongings are not allowed.
- Children will not be allowed to accompany the health seeker. If you come with children, you will not be admitted as a health seeker. However, if the child is a health seeker and is above a certain age, they can be considered for treatment.
- If a health seeker’s condition is not fit for treatment upon arrival, the final decision regarding admission and treatment will be taken by the Chief Medical Incharge (CMI).
- Health seekers coming to the OPD and wanting to consult the doctor may do so on payment as per respective consultation charges.
- Accommodation for attendants/drivers is available, and please check availability and applicable charges with respective Ekyana Wellness Centers.
- Health seekers must not arrive at any Patanjali Wellness Center earlier than the booking day.
- Check-in time on the scheduled day of arrival is 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
- For health seekers reaching later than 6.00 PM on the scheduled day, they shall be able to meet the doctor on a subsequent day at 8.00 AM.
- For health seekers reaching the Patanjali Wellness Center without advance registration, registration will only be done subject to the availability of accommodation and on acceptance by the Chief Medical Incharge (CMI).
- During the menstrual cycle, please do not make any bookings at Patanjali Wellness Center, as it may not provide you appropriate benefit through treatment during your menstrual periods. Females with other menstrual disorders are requested to take appropriate treatment to regularize their menstrual cycle and then they can make a booking at Patanjali Wellness Center for further treatment to gain better relief after treatment.
- Pets are not allowed inside the premises.
- Flowers and plants are an important part of the center, which ensures the essence of nature’s livelihood. Every health seeker is requested not to pluck flowers, leaves, etc., and also should not tease any bird, animal, insect, or reptile.
- Use of polybags is prohibited inside the premises.
- Health seekers must strictly follow the diet chart prepared by physicians and ensure proper chewing of food.
- Practicing spiritual silence is also a therapy, and one should try to enjoy this therapy while restraining themselves from participating in useless and energy-consuming talks and gossips.
- It is expected from health seekers that they don’t leave the premises of Ekyana without prior intimation.
- As soon as a health seeker checks in here, their belongings are inspected, as this is helpful in the treatment process of individuals.
- Our property consists of three floors (ground and the first floor) with residential rooms on both floors, and a lift facility is available.
These instructions are vital to ensure a comfortable and effective stay at the Patanjali Wellness Center. Your adherence to these guidelines contributes to a positive experience for both you and other health seekers.
