Registration Form

All residential packages at Ekyana Retreat Patanjali Wellness Center, Panchkula, require prior registration. We kindly ask you to fill out this form, and after that, we will contact you with the next steps. Please have digital copies of your medical reports (if you have any) ready and read the guidelines below before submitting this form.

Important Guidelines

Unfortunately, we cannot offer treatment for guests with the following medical conditions: Dialysis, bedridden patients, patients requiring oxygen cylinders, TB patients, critical cases, kidney failure, HIV/AIDS, and hepatitis B&C positive. In such cases, our management cannot take responsibility for not being able to provide treatment.

Our doctors review all medical reports, and in rare cases, we might not be able to admit health seekers with severe medical illnesses or critical conditions.

Health seekers coming for detoxification, weight loss, or minor ailments are usually admitted without reviewing medical reports.

All packages are priced for two people. However, if you plan to come alone or with more people, please clearly indicate this on the form.

We recommend joining the wellness program for 10 days for the best results and to better follow the suggested routine and lifestyle. A 7-day stay option is also available. If your goal is to detox or rejuvenate your body and mind, you can choose a 3-day package.
